1. No Refunds – All Sales Are Final
Thank you for choosing Blue Scale Defense. Please be advised that all purchases of services, including consulting, defense analysis, and technical support, are considered final sale. Due to the immediate allocation of resources and the nature of professional services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or credits once a purchase is completed.
2. Recurring Subscriptions

Free Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time without any cancellation fees or penalties.

Simple Cancellation Process: To cancel, simply [log in to your account portal] or email our support team at CBlue@BlueScaleDefense.com. In accordance with the FTC’s Click-to-Cancel guidelines, canceling is as easy as signing up.

End of Billing Cycle: Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a subscription term.
3. Scheduled Appointments & Consultations

No-Show Policy: Appointments that are missed or "no-shows" are non-refundable.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within [24/48 hours] of a scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund or credit.
